Carlie Lockwood, Director of Human Resources

In her current assignment as Director of Human Resources for MEP Services, Mrs. Lockwood coordinates all of the personnel, benefit, and other compensation issues for each school as well as serving as the employee contact for all staff. She also works with the school leaders and staff to develop annual staffing plans for each school. Carlie Lockwood earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Marketing, graduating in 1996. Upon graduation, she joined the K-Mart Corporation in Troy, Michigan in Finance and other related Business and commercial departments until she joined Smart Schools Management as Human Resource Manager in 1998. She and her husband Chad live in Fenton with their four children, Brady, Trevor, Bo and Drew.
